Traders doubt Google ships a Gemini Pro model before November

A no-release contract reaches 92% while Kalshi still prices an earlier Gemini 4 launch.

In one line: No Pro-labelled Gemini model reaches the public before 1 November, a claim the 92% price has not fully caught up with.

Polymarket traders pushed YES on "no next Google Gemini Pro model release by November 1, 2026" to 92% on 8 October, up the venue's own 19.0 points in 24 hours and 11 points over the seven days from 81% on 1 October. The contract fell to a low of 68% on 3 October before this week's run. No report bearing on the contract appeared in the seven days to 8 October.

On Kalshi, the near-term window is split across dated maturities. Gemini 4 before 16 October trades at 41%, before 1 November at 83%, before 15 November at 91%, before 1 December at 94% and before 15 December at 92%. Two venues are pricing the same event: Polymarket says no Pro release by 1 November at 92%, while Kalshi's Gemini 4 contract says release by 1 November at 83%. The two books sit 8 points apart on the same near-term window.

The two venues are not answering the same question. Polymarket's rule accepts any model labelled Pro, including a GA promotion of an existing preview, so a marketing re-release could settle it YES. Kalshi names Gemini 4 alone. The Polymarket price has run ahead of the Kalshi book, and the gap will close either by Gemini 4 arriving before 1 November and pulling this contract down, or by Google going quiet and pulling the Kalshi contract up towards 92%. The 41% on release before 16 October says traders see the near term as the less likely window.

No Pro-labelled Gemini model will reach the public before 1 November, a claim the 92% price has not fully caught up with, and Google's own release announcement before that date would prove it wrong.
